Dr. Barton is a quiet, caring doctor who prides himself on providing the best care to his patients. Dr. Barton practices full scope oral maxillofacial surgery including extractions, pathology, chin and jaw surgery and trauma surgery. While he likes the simple straightforward surgeries, he loves the involved, thoughtful cases. He is a passionate dental implant specialist, placing thousands of dental implants in his career.

Originally from Utah, Dr. Barton came to Creighton University for dental school and the University of Nebraska Medical Center for medical school. He and his wife enjoyed their time here so much they returned to the Council Bluffs area after their youngest went off to college.

Dr. Barton is an avid outdoorsman and family man. He loves to ride his motorcycles, something he shares with his son.
