Microdermabrasions can be successfully used on the face as well as the body. The process of cell renewal (exfoliation) is a natural process that slows with aging and our environment. Even removal of the superficial dead cells thickens the epidermis and increases the production of new skin cells along with the production of collagen and elastin.
Microdermabrasions are followed with a light chemical peel. There is no down time with microdermabrasion. However, your skin will be more sensitive therefore a SPF is highly recommended.
