As a courtesy to our patients we will file insurance claims on your behalf however our professional services are rendered to you and not the insurance company. It is the patient’s responsibility to verify in and out-of-network coverage and policy exclusions.
We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Please remember you are responsible for all fees charged regardless of your insurance coverage.
Statements are generated monthly regardless of your insurance status. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please contact your insurance company if your claim is pending beyond 45 days. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is due in-full within 30 days.
